    4. I am not a Heer specialist, but from what I can see they look fine. I would like to hear an opinion more experienced than mine for a final determination.
    5. It is a shame that someone would ruin a legit order(s) to make this fake group. At the very least, the Red Star did belong to someone... now we will never know it's true story... I will move it to the fakes section.
    6. I do have my eyes out everywhere, but I have to say that a friend helped me to find everything I posted today!
    7. Strange that all the numbers and dates are written in the same hand and ink. I am not liking the book.
    8. Here is my latest addition! Another from George Peterson's collection. I have no idea what the white layer is supposed to represent?
    9. Here are some more insignia- 23Jul1935 Air Traffic Control NCO Official Board(second pattern). This red over light green insignia was used until May of 1940. The Uffz board was to an Air Traffic Control Uffz(regular Luftwaffe). This waffenfarbe was used throughout the war.
    10. Here are the newest boards!! They are, from Left to Right Black- 1935, Officials of the RLM. Jul44, Officials of the Construction Technical Admin Service Blue-gray- May40- Reichs Weather Service Apple Green- 1935, Pharmacists(this nebenfarbe is darker than the ATC Official's light green nebenfarbe). Lemon Yellow- Navigation Korps Pink- 1940, Photo Service, Ordnance Service, Cartographic Service, Lithographic Service, Technical Aircraft Service, Weapons and Ammo Service. Jul44, Other Craftsmen Service Crimson(carmine)- Supreme Courts Martial Orange- May40, Special School Service, Librarian Service, Veterinary Service, Pharmacists, Luftwaffe War Science, Chemists, Psychologists, and Medical Services (thanks Gary) Only missing- Light Brown, Golden Yellow, and Dark Brown
    11. Here are a couple of new arrivals. The green nebenfarbe is to the earlier Pharmacist Official. This apple green nebenfarbe is actually slightly darker than that found on the later Air Traffic Control Official's boards. The apple green nebenfarbe was later replaced by the orange nebenfarbe(which also included other medical services, chemists, and librarians).
    12. Hi Bill, Those you posted ARE for the early meteorological specialty, before the blue-gray nebenfarbe was adopted. They are still very rare!! Here is my newest... A single for an Obernautiker!
    13. Thanks for the extra photos. The wool looks like it is a different texture as well. I am not liking this tunic very much. The soiling looks new and contrived. I am thinking that it could be a reenactor's tunic? I could be wrong, but I am not thinking that it is a period item based upon the photos I am seeing. Regards Paul
    14. I can hardly wait to see the final product.
    15. I would love to find one of those boxes at a flea market!! Lets see the other 19 Ryker mounts!
    16. Very nicely done! Is the sword the same pattern worn today?
    17. On the upper photo, what is the word being covered up by the "Bry" of your name?
    18. Looks like an unofficial anniversary commemoration peice. Very interesting!
    19. Perfect and Textbook!! What are these going for now? I love collecting the German Lifesaving medals!
    20. I like the FJ covers the best!! I bet that there are a ton of images in each!
    21. Hello! I am torn by this jacket. IT is very unusual. I would have to hold it in hand to know for sure. I am sorry that I cannot be of more help. I will do some research though. Regards Paul
