    8. Dear Christer Such a list would be very useful. Please add the following WW2 officer: Kapitän zur See Julius Steinbach -Order of the Cross of Liberty 3rd Class, 1918 -Commemorative Medal of the War of Liberation 1918 I have some other ribbon bars with these decorations but they are not named. Kind regards Pierce
    9. Dear Gentlemen, I have been collecting ribbon bars for a number of years now and hope to show you some of the more unusual/unique pieces in my collection over the coming months. This is a piece I bought within my first year of ribbon bar collecting and I have been wondering, why so many Austrian decorations? With the repetition clasp I count at least five. I would like to hear your thoughts on this ribbon bar and what type of officer it could have belonged to. I am thinking someone with very strong links with an Austrian regiment maybe? Many thanks Pierce
    10. Always good to see KVM's on medal bars! These are fantastic examples. Kind regards Pierce
    11. Gentlemen, Does anyone know the specific award criteria with regard to rank for the Italian Order of the Crown? For example, I would assume the Grand Cross would be awarded to those with rank of no less than General (?), and so on. I have a few German ribbon bars with various grades represented and would just like to work out the rank of the officers that wore them. Many thanks Pierce
    12. Some very nice medal groups there Claudio! Kind regards Pierce
    13. Why? I do not collect Weimar bars.... but those who may be interested should not be put off by what is inferred here about the seller's goods.
    14. It definitely isn't the Memel Medal and it may not be the Hungarian Commemorative Medal as there is no German Honour Cross. My guess would be something foreign. This looks like a photo from a Soldbuch; do you have the rest of the book? The awards should be listed there. Kind regards Pierce
    15. How did the test come out Lew? It looks like an interesting piece to say the least and the devices are a work of art! Kind regards Pierce
    16. The last ribbon is for the Bulgarian Military Merit Decoration. Kind regards Pierce
    17. Hi Windu, I was curious as to what you are trying to say here so out of this curiosity I took a look at the sellers other ribbon bars for sale and in my opinion they are all genuine. In fact I would even call some of those Weimar ribbon bars uncommon at the very least. Kind regards Pierce
    18. I am not sure how you can totally evaluate a bar with only 50% of the information... Looks like a legit Weimar ensemble to me. Kind regards Pierce
    19. Ditto! Kind regards Pierce
    20. Ball suspension ring.
    21. It has a flat surface front and back.
