    1. Nice picture ehrentitle! I was lucky enough to find those pictures last year from Berlin after the war. Brandenburg Gate
    2. Oh so that is where the #63 come from. Any idea to which army belong the 63rd Independent Motorized Pontoon Bridging Battalion? Sorry that I had to resize my scans. The second Red Star is dated : 6.03.1945
    3. I have just added to my collection an Order of the Red Banner of Labour T3 V2 aka Jumbo size. It's nice to observe the differences between this one and the T6.
    4. Because I can?t afford some medals and orders, my collection theme now is to collect documented groups related to the capture of Berlin. I have so far 3 documented groups related to the battle of Berlin. Here is my last acquisition which is also my smallest Berlin related group. The group is incomplete. It seems there is missing 2 Red stars and 1 Order of the Patriotic war. Unfortunately I do not have the missing numbers. Group to Anton Mikhailovitch Tretiak an Ukrainian from the 63rd Army. I guess that is what the stamps mean with the number ?63?. However I don?t think the 63rd Army was involved in the battle of Berlin. He was corporal in 1945 and sergeant in 1946. The document says he was a driver.
    5. Amazing! Congratulations for the great work! It would be nice if it was happening more often. You?ve got yourself a very nice ORB group. May I ask you how many ORB you have in your collection?
    6. Please post details pics! I don't know much about those helmet.
    7. Belaruski , I got burned like you when I first started. Your medal is the same as my casted medal that I have already bought. As Jim said, there is a lack of sharp details and the ring is too crude.
    8. I'm sorry, but I have to agree with Gerd. This is a copy. The details are not crisp enough.
    9. Nice pictures Gerd! I like the pictures you make with your new camera. Sorry, I can't help you with your question.
    10. I guess you have already seen this thread : http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=10312&st=0
    11. Really cool construction indeed. This order is something new for me. It's the first time I see one like this.
    12. Ed, do you have a picture of the reverse in your files? It woul be very interesting to see the construction!
    13. I am no expert, but I have the feeling that both are reproductions. The details are not crisp enough. Maybe, somebody can help you more than me.
    14. Hallo Daniel, I was few times at the Hamburger Stra?e Flohmarkt, but the first time I was in Braunschweig was in 1998. So I missed all those Soviet collectibles. I wasn't even collecting at that time. What a shame. I cannot recall where the Harz & Heide Messegel?nde is located. Maybe I have already been there. As Gerd said, it seems that not all your orders and medals are late ones. Bryan
