By the way, what makes you think that a "fair price" for this "rarity" is 200 euros or even 300? Without the box it will be more like 200 dollars or less. According to the statute this medal was awarded to those who were invited to Enthronement or performed official duties during Enthronement. Also prime minister office could award anybody at its own discretion. The exact number is not known (as per today), but at least 16 000 were issued. Quite likely the total number is much higher . It`s not very rare. It was made by japan mint. You will find its marks at the rim.

It was issued to the member of some unidentifiable martial club for participation in Kaigeiko. These are not very rare.
