    1. Medal looks like the Queen's Jubilee or Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal. Interesting to note the whiskers, as these were banned in the RN from 1869 and moustaches also, thus the order was "clean shaven or a full set of beards".
    2. Generaloberst Wilhelm Heye (1869-1947) Pour le Mérite, 20-08-1916 Eichenlaub, 03-04-1918 Portrait (1929) as Generaloberst and C-in-C of the German Army Staff.
    3. Recently I added to my collection of Ausweise a membeship document of the Nationalsozialistischen Reiterkorps (NSRK) , Reitersturm 2/69, dated 18-10-1939, in Schwelm. It was accompanied by a set of Kragenspiegel, the crossed lances are in white and the patches are hochrot (bright red). What did determine the color of the Kragenspiegel, and do these come in other colors also?
    4. To my knowledge, this clear anchor centered in a cross with 5 arms is not Dutch (post 1831). However, it could be older (pre 1811). A similar type of crown is also used by other European Navies such as Belgium and Denmark. But I will ask around, perhaps some one has a clue.
    5. The only Von Roerdansz I can find, is a S.L (rank) [2nd Lieutenant] with the 3rd Coy. of the 3rd Badisches Inf-Rgt. Nr.111. Source: Rang- und Quartier-Liste der Preussischen Armee fúr 1891. Perhaps this can be of help...
    6. To my knowledge, it was not necessary to serve in Trukey to qualify, but perhaps Demir, our Turkish GMIC moderator knows more about this matter.
