Thanks MONDVOR, for the info I would like to see pics if posible of fake order books, it just helps build a fuller picture of what to look out for.

Intresting to have a Soviet order with all those Russian Federation Medals Order of Victory

Mondvor, I mean late as in after the GPW to end of the Soviet Union i.e a fake order book for the Order of Labour Glory 1st Class Order of Victory

I aquirred a large amount of Soviet Certificate etc. etc. and in the pile was this, I dont have clue what it is it has the number 132 on it and it is dated 1892. If any body could shed any light on what it is and how much could be worh would be usefull. I will endevour to get a beter pic tomorrow once my camera reacharges.

Here my Veteran of the Armed forces of the USSR the doc has only just arrived Order of Victory

Is that the soviet Friendship of Nations or the Federation variation?

According to Medals of USSR by A Volodun and N Meplae. 1st Class is made of silver and 2nd Class is made of Brass, so I would say Alexi is right Order of Victory

Thanks Doc, glad you like it The only one I have seen on suspension was on five sided suspension with the Ribbon for the 20th Anniversary of Soviet Armed forces, but other than that no idea Order of Victory

Very nice badges every one. Iam going to add my NKVD Marksman Medal to this thread as it seems appropriate. I dont know weather it is genuine, I bought it off ebay as unissued medal (I might be opening a can of worms here) but it certainly a nice medal. Oh and when find wich box my Osoaviakhim Marksman badge is in I will post it Enjoy

Thanks Rick, I need to work out how to scan items, I cropped it put it on a blank paint doc and posted it and it came out with the white surround I will try and get close up of seal for you, but might end up melting my scanner though the desk Order of Victory
