      I just picked these up. The first one is a HV Official attached to a Gebrigsjager unit. Note the Edelweiss on his feldmutze.

      Looks like: 2 different style of crowns; 2 different type of buttons or keepers at the neck end and; The scroll work on the left set is more spread out than the right set, however that could be the way they are placed in the photo. Larry

      Very nice hat badge. :love: The Royal Canadian Regiment is the senior regular force infantry regiment in the CF. Here is my old hat badge as an example, this one was issued to me in 1971. Modern examples are made of light alloys.
