Perhaps a Sanitatsgefreiter during the war. And the maker marked tag actually being the backer instead of just sewn to it, is unique. I have never seen that before. The Austrians are worn in front of Hungary and Bulgaria, which is the most likely order, also pre 1938.Nothing German behind the two Austrians ...
