This one is the Honor Pin for Merit in the Socialist Education Program. There is also a bronze and a gold grade. But that's certainly a confusing way for them to have done it... what with nearly everything else they or the TR, etc., ever did being in either bronze, silver and gold or black, silver and gold. Anything to throw a monkey wrench into the works I guess. Oh well... live and learn. Dan

I know Paul , you,d think that the border guard and rear services would be really easy to find compared to say the pilots badges but they are like hens teeth .
