Looks like a cloth/Bullion Glider badge, the one gull for lowest level with a wreath for the Solber-C...

With the siver leafed wreath it should then actually have 3 gulls...

And it is preeeetty big... maybe a fantasy version ?

I have seen tailor made examples... perhaps this is one such piece of insignia for the C level Glider's Badge?

Hello,

This is a tailor made A - glider profiency badge IMHO. I have seen already one such a badge where the wreath was open (normally only seen when talking on the Silver C grade badge), but this is such one where you have to say, never say never.

Let me look in my files if i can find somwhere such a example.

Yeps, absolutely correct => it looks huge but i am certain that we do know a bit but still not everything. So a lot of things can be rediscovered => this picture is such one IMHO. Would love to see it in real life i must say

Is there a name or dedication on the reverse of the picture?
