He was Direktor of the Reichsbanknebenstelle in Marburg. He also had the LD2. Wilhelm Heinrich Paepenmöller from IR 173 was born on 25.10.1887. He was in Volksschuldienst from 1.10.1911 on and was still there in the 1940s, so he should have had the Treuedienst-Ehrenzeichen.

He received the Anhaltisches Friedrichkreuz in 1916 as a Kraftfahrer with the Generalkommando des Gardekorps, and the Fürstlich Hohenzollernsches Ehrenkreuz 3. Klasse mit Schwertern, not the HOH3X, on 8.5.1918 as a Lt.d.L. in the Inspektion der Kraftfahrtruppen. 1

The Lt.d.R. Wehmeier in FAR 58 was: Wehmeier, Hans, *7.2.1889 in Minden in Westfalen; Gerichtsassessor, 3.1.1921 Dr.jur. et rer.pol. (Greifswald), 1930s Ger.Assess.a.D. and Rechtsanwalt in Dortmund; killed in action on 10.9.1941 during the siege of the fortresses around Leningrad as a Major d.R. and commander of I./AR 76, posthumously promoted to Oberstleutnant d.R. 3

He was a Steuerrat with the Katasterverwaltung in Minden, and a Hauptmann der Reserve of Fußartillerie-Regiment Nr. 2. He also had the LD1.
