Richard Gordon Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 Here's a few more additions...This rather nice, dare I say it mi... no, let's not upset the purists... very good condition EK1 by K&Q but unmarked. The core looks untouched and the frosting light.
Richard Gordon Posted October 3, 2007 Author Posted October 3, 2007 Lastly, this nicely tarnished EK2 in packet by Karl Hensler. The ribbon ring is unusually thick. The cross itself is unmarked so I can't say for sure if it belongs to the packet.Rich
Danny70 Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 Richard -Two more beautiful pieces of 'worthless metal'!!That K&Q EK1 is absolutely stunning... they don't come much better than that! Excellent photographs too. Regards - Danny
nesredep Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 HiRichardI can only saying BEAUTIFUL. RegardsNesredep
Scott Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 Richard, your photos of the EKI really do it justice - nice technique, what ever it was.Scott

joe campbell Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 richard!love both of the crosses, and would add thatthe condition of the EK is really only a gnat'swhisker away from mint. if all my crosses lookedlike that, i would be most pleased!and your photography works WELL!joe
Dave B Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 Nice Crosses and photos Rich Crosses with patina are so much nicer than sparkling mint ones.....although I do like those as well lol!Dave
tynesideirish Posted October 9, 2007 Posted October 9, 2007 Well I'm here to learn and I just learned what a near mint EK1 looks like. Fantastic.
