Bob Hunter Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 What happended to the magazines? The Sauer H model was a very advanced weapon for its day and superior to the Walther PPK but the Walthers were better connected politically than the Sauers who joined the party at a late date.

Douglas Jr. Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 (edited) Hello George,Very nice pieces, all in very nice collectable grade! Just one note: bear in mind that the correct spelling for the Pistole 08 (P.08) among the collectors is LUGER (with "e").Congratulations! All the best,Douglas. Edited April 15, 2006 by Douglas Jr.
Daniel Murphy Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 George, Very nice pieces. The luger looks to be either a 40/41 dated 42 code or a 41/42 dated BYF. Either way it is a good one. Thanks for showing them.Dan Murphy
Cam_s Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 Hello,Did he pick these up in the War? Also are there any Capture papers that go along with them?Nice pistols. I have a 1937 S/42 Luger. However it is in no where near the condition of yours. Cam
