#196 - GR 7 - Friedrich Ludwig v. Amann, later Generalleutnant

#197 - IR 18 - should be Carl Wilsdorff

#198 - IR 147 - no idea on the signer, but the awardee is Theophil Mitulla, born in Rosenberg, Neustadt.

#199 - IR 171 - second name is Hoffmann. Not sure about the first.
