J Temple-West Posted December 7, 2005 Author Posted December 7, 2005 Hi Neil, Good to see the wife is keeping that other para away from you until Christmas. Re the image size... If you lower the file size, you'll be able to post larger pix...give it a try.
Neil B Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 Yep John,no idea where it is.....you gotta believe me,I haven't looked. All that I know is that it's wrapped and hidden somewhere.Under the tree is too obvious.Isn't it? Neil(I take it you're still in the same predicament and your will hasn't broken???) Hi Neil, Good to see the wife is keeping that other para away from you until Christmas. Re the image size... Jan Arne S Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Hi Guys !And here is one that have made some discusions . LW Para Badge maker GWL . Most because of the rivets . Jan Arne
Rosenberg Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Is that silver wreath a 2nd type?Here is mine....Regards
J Temple-West Posted January 3, 2006 Author Posted January 3, 2006 Hi Guys !And here is one that have made some discusions . LW Para Badge maker GWL . Most because of the rivets . Jan ArneAs you say, Jan? an unusual rivet setup. No recessed "doughnut" type. It's probably the scan, but the wreath looks almost like aluminium! What was the outcome of the discussions?
Jan Arne S Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Hi John !I beleive wreath is zink / feinzinc . The discussions ended 50 / 50 , not any final conclusion .
Reini Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 It looks good to me. The eagle probably dettached and was rerivetted with the different rivets.BestKurt
Neil B Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Here is a picture of the Lozenzo Brown GWL.Could be a match??Original is here:http://lbmilitaria.homestead.com/files/paragwl.JPG
