Spasm Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Blimey, was searching in the loft for something completely different and found this again. Completely forgot that I had it. It's pretty big 490 by 390 (that's 19"ish by 15"ish) which is probably why I put it away.
Chris Boonzaier Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 I like these, Proportionally very, very many to bavarian troops... once again my "catholic connection" theory...
turtle Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Very nice, thanks for showing! I like these Kriegschroniken. It´s interesting, this man lived only a few kilometers from me!
Spasm Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 Lovely heavy documents, a bit too big to display in our weenie house. Interesting that he lived not that far from you Turtle. As with all these things, if the relatives had an interest I wouldn't have had it in my loft.
E Williams Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 I have an empty wall it would fit on, even framed......................hint hint!!!!
Spasm Posted October 3, 2013 Author Posted October 3, 2013 Better off on your wall than in a box in my loft. If I can find a cardboard tube to send it in, would you have an empty cardboard box for something to fit in?

E Williams Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Heavy negotiations is progress !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So far I've offered three ex-wives and a six pack of Tiger 33.
Claudius Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 You betcha!!!!!!!!!! I'll frame it, hang it and post it. Luv it when items find a great home. I did the same thing when decades ago I gave an old Falcon bicycle frame away to someone who wanted to restore it.
Spasm Posted October 3, 2013 Author Posted October 3, 2013 Thankee. Must root round a bit more in the loft.Oh yeah......I know......
E Williams Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Official...it has a new home. It has officially arrived at it's new home and after proper preparation, it will be nicely framed. Will post a photo after it's on that wall...................Nice trade Steve....anything else in the attic? ;)

Good when things get a better home.I'll post the trade on here in a couple of weeks when I've figured it out........Hope so and when you do, you will highlight the bullet splash. I've had the helmet since the strike happened and I said I'd never part with it, it saved my life............................
Spasm Posted October 23, 2013 Author Posted October 23, 2013 I thought you said you didn't want to be reminded about that. Just the same as my uncle showing me his lighter with a dent in it, telling the story about how it saved his life, then throwing it in the bin cause the lighter fluid leaked out.I knew I should've had that ex wife that posed for that painting in 'Allo 'Allo.....
