He was the grandson of Johann Michael Ritter von Deines who received the austrian Ritterstand in 1847 as kurhessian Geheimer Finanzrat. Adolf recieved the prussian nobility in 1910. This was a kurhessian Finanzrat, a commander 1st class of the CHGL. JMD got the austrian nobility in 1847, so technically Adolf held 2 nations nobility by the end of his life
