And that 'one and only' is a very fine example of a 2nd pattern (J2) Juncker. One of the harder P/O's to locate.

Great badges guys! If I may, I'll throw mine into the ring. A 1st Pattern Juncker, but complete with an ALUMINUM pin. I can't say for sure that it is a replacement because the area around the hinge is not marred or altered in any way. It appears to be true to the badge. Why?? No idea. This is the first and only I've seen with this style aluminum pin.

Jos, any chance we couls see a shot of the reverse? Looks like a really excellent example of a though badge to find.

A very nice badge, Eric.. Congrats.

The pin? Well, a superb job of replacement and certainly not a field repair.

When you consider that the entire reverse assembly relies on one dab of solder (pin to hinge barrel) it's not surprising that we encounter so many repairs.

Thanks JTW! The pin is put into the hinge assembly so good that if one didn't know better one would think that this was the proper pin assembly that was original to the badge. It really is an amazing job! Here's a closer shot of the pin.

No, I won't be making Lowell this Sunday - It's that time of year again - Pop Warner Football. Coaches certification meeting Sunday 11:00-3:00! Possibly the next one though if I can get Chez Joseph out of the kitchen!!
