The stern looks like from Bulgaria, so probably it is the same for the neck order. It seems to be Stanislas 2nd class order of Russia too, but not 100 % sure Christophe

Hi Glenn, The first neck decoration seems to be the St John of Prussia order. For the second one it is a little blur to have a positive id. Still searching Christophe
