    1. War-Aid... what services consituted war aid?
    2. Why aren't all these bars at my house?
    3. This is the first time I've seen one of these. It's very attractive and apparently of good quality.
    4. I wonder where his Spange, tank badge, Italian decorations, and other awards are now days. Bill Shea has his cuff title, an overcoat, a visor cap, and his parade tunic. Photo Credit: Bill Shea
    5. What's the Saxon War Effort Cross mean anyway? Also, I have too many bars with thsoe darn black ribbons.
    6. I have an interesting ribbon bar that I posted long ago elsewhere. Nobody was able to determine who the original wearer was. Anyone have an idea?
    7. Thanks, I'll check it out. Is this free?
    8. No name, I did see maker's label inside. I need to look at it again because I can't remember the name.
    9. I agree, and the cap has a very nice worn look to it. This would look great with a field tunic on a torso.
    10. I'll trade you for an all Imperial bar with a Thuringian order
    11. I agree totally. Just think, if you were an NCO with one of these you'd have been HOT SH*T in your Regiment! I'd darn sure want to go on leave to show off. I'm sure this would be too expensive to have another for wear. I'm not even sure one couldn't have been purchased.
    12. I really can't tell if the Bavarian ribbon has swords that used to be silver or if they are brass. I assume this is a bar to a WW1 enlisted man or NCO recalled for service. Rick L wil know..........
    13. Here's a ribbon bar I bought from a forum member a few years back. I forgot I had it and discovered it on a Reich Third tunic in my closet yesterday. I just bought a new bar for this tunic not knowing I already had this one. Am I getting old?
    14. I like that bar. I'm a big fan of the Brunswick Bew?hrungsabzeichen. I have a bar too that I'll dig out to show.
    15. I can make out the header and the dates... Nothing else.
    16. You built the database your self? Sounds like a good deal of work. Thanks for the help. I'll search for the Stammliste FR90
    17. So each police officer had his own number of his Gorget? I've never seen one of these.
    18. Well, Here's my favorite decoration. I consider myself fortunate to find this medal. The only problem is someone once had a sticker on the reverse over the date and it was scratched by whomever removed it. How can I remove the glue and make the area look better?
    19. Sweet! great conditon too Here's mine. Not as shiny as yours but I'm happy
