      Thanks Dan, It does not seem to be made of steel, as the slide is. It seems to have half the magnetic pull as the slide, when a magnet is used.

      Do you have any background on it? It must have come from a warehouse(unissued). All of the ones I have seen appear to have been abused, (light rust/pitting) and definately used!

      It is a beautiful state, yet I am a transplant from the south. I am originally from Texas. I am currently stationed in Portland, yet Maine will be my home for good. I really hated the heat growing up anyway! Where is Farmington? I have heard of it, yet I have not been by the city yet. Regards Paul
