    3. Thanks Chris. Was this your specialty?
    4. I just received this awesome Order of the Red Star, awarded to a veteran of the Battle of Lake Khasan. Sadly, it is a part of a larger and broken up grouping. But what makes me really happy is that anything associated with a Khasan veteran is nearly impossible to find. This is only partially translated. Any assistance with the translation of his service record as well as the citation would be greatly appreciated. Regards Paul
    5. What are the different colors representing? Different levels of ranking? Are they for the beret or collar?
    6. Now these obscure branches are nearly impossible to find. I was lucky enough to score the only LW G-L uniform set I have EVER seen or heard of outside of period photos. Things like this were not(and maybe still not) desirable. I wonder how many of these were just tossed? It is funny how the absolute rarest of items are often among the least expensive, while the more common items are mind blowing in price. I have been dying for a nice SHD or LSW (original) tunic!
    7. Are these tunics from one person? It is unusual to see a DKiG, especially on an EM tunic.
    8. Thank ou for sharing this most awesome collection. I really like the M36 a lot! I am sorry for the delay in replying. I did not see this thread until just now.
    9. I really like the black uniforms. What is a fair price for a complete and untouched tunic?
    10. I have never seen the blue paint in any CMoH. Perhaps a foreign manufactor?

That Fj helmet is spectacular. Can you post a closeup of the eagle you painted?
    12. Great stuff Paul! Thanks for showing them. Do these uniforms demand a hefty price when they are available? The reason I ask is that I have some really ultra rare LW tunics in my collection that went for very low prices.
    13. Do you think that the acceleration of the numbers of orders awarded have anything to do with the length of time it took the word to get around on the awards being available and the process for submission?
    14. Beautiful!! I have not seen those shoulder boards in a collection before. Have you ever seen a complete tunic?
    15. Auke, to the contrary! Your post really brings things into reality. Thank you! Why do you think that this award was given to next of kin, while the others were not? This one was made of as much precious metals as the others.
    16. Auke, How many citations have you been able to collect so far? What patterns have you noticed? Paul

    18. Thank you! What posthumous awards do you have? I am working on getting the documents translated. The seller told me that the Lt was killed in the final days of the Battle for the Posen Fortress.
    19. I do not specialize in these, but I can say that it is in amazing condition.
    20. Despite being on a really fixed budget lately, I was able to work out a really nice payment plan to purchase this really rare item. The OGPW1 is not that rare in itself, but the fact that it was awarded posthumously makes it really unique. The OGPW series is one of the few that were authorized to be passed to family members after death. In the case of other posthumous awards; they were awarded only on paper.
