Nope, it is pretty far away from "nice". Locally made phantasy "constructor" from glorious 2000s. Looks like they used die casted base formed after soviet-made order of friendship. Central medallion is also a phantasy constructor. Fake base + original button. Reverse of this "nice" rarity.

Unfortunately all above mentioned books will not save you from modern fakes of imperial russian badges. Introductory catalogues at best.

Golden Kite awarding doesn't "trigger" simultaneous awarding of Sacred Treasure. Sacred Treasure was usually "accompanied" the newly received military rank. Naturally it is hardly possible for the holder of 5th class Golden Kite to have only 8th class Sacred Treasure.

Kite is original of course. This variation belong to the 1895-1910s time period. This 3rd class was made by Shobido workshop in Osaka somewhere around 1910s-1920s.
