Unforunately not. As Antonio mentions above, this does appear to be an unofficial medal.

The medal is currently listed on eBay.de as article number: 133723850986 (eBay.ie & eBay.co.uk also list the item). Perhaps the seller has more information.

After a lot of pressure from politicians the german department of defense now thinks about a medal too. So far their idea to reward soldiers helping during the pandemic were certificates and free concerts (no comment about this).

Decree-Law 19/2021 stipulates the creation of a new medal, named the “Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit”, which will be added to the medals listed in Article (1) of Decree-Law 19/1976.

The new Medal will come after the “Bahrain Medal” in the list, and the remaining items shall be re-arranged accordingly.

It also stipulates the addition of a new article (4 bis) to Decree-Law 19/1976. It reads:

“The Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit consists of one degree and is awarded to the following categories:

a-  Military and civilian medical teams, including doctors and nurses in the frontlines, and workers in the allied medical departments, including administrators, specialists and technicians, who provide distinguished services during the spread of epidemics or in emergency conditions or disasters. It is also be awarded to the heirs of those who lose their lives because of the performance of their work duties during them.

b-  Individuals and institutions that have great contributions and services in material and moral support for medical efforts during the spread of epidemics or in emergency conditions or disasters.”

The Prime Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree-law, which takes effect upon publication in the Official Gazette.
