I did get the sense, when I was in UB, from what I saw but could not understand on TV, that the mommy order was still being awarded, as new recipients were being interviewed on the TV news.Make the range for the Second Class Order of Mother Heroine an observed low of 179876 and a high of 211334. And you even have some with photos! Hard to find these booklets, in particular, with photos intact, as most families strip off what may be the only photo they have of Mom before selling them. But of course the collector in me gets happy everytime one turns up!
