    3. Looks similar to the Cross of Valor of the former Volunteer Allied Army of General Stanisław Bułak-Bałachowicz, with a different ribbon.

    5. Maybe the first hallmark is: The second hallmark looks like a typical FR (Rothe) hallmark. The third 'A' hallmark looks similar to 'A's' on the left below:
