    1. Has he told you any stories? I bet he must have some great ones. I would love to hear some!
    2. Welcome to this forum and great to see you here! Thank you for the extra pic!
    3. I think that I posted my original thread in the wrong area... Here is the link http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=3095 Warm regards PAul
    4. Next attempt! Why is this the largest image allowed when the above pics are significantly larger(and more detailed)? Paul
    5. I apologize for unlegible nature of these photos. I had to shrink them so that they could fit here. Please send me a PM if you would like more detailed/clear photos.... This is rediculous... I shrank the next photo to the size of a quarter and it is still too big?!?!?
    6. I want to share with you my Blue Division grouping. All comments are welcome. How much would a set like this be worth in a trade?
    7. Chris, Beautiful jacket! Being a collector of medical tunics, I do love what I see!!! Do you know anything about this jacket's history?
    8. ... and what a beautiful baby it is ! Is there a maker mark under the pin? Paul
    9. Thank you for your response... Maybe one day I will find one with the number I am looking for. I hope that he had a lot of extras to increase my odds!
    10. Hi Kurt, Thank you for your words of encouragement. We know that there is at least one set out there... somewhere. I do have one question... Being in the military myself, I know that I have more than one set of uniforms with the insignia to go along with them. Did the average Golden Party Badge awardee have more than one for all of his uniforms or other garments? If so, were they all numbered or simply "jeweler's copies"? Warm regards Paul
    11. Very nice collection guys!!! I really do not collect these, yet I am looking for one that belonged to my great grandfather... I have never seen a complete cased set before! (His complete record is in the research area of this forum) http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=2626 Wilhelm Reck, SS Standartenfuhrer. NSDAP-Nr.: 88362 SS-Nr.: 1422 Decorations & Awards: 00.00.191_ 1914 Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse ca. 1934 Ehrenkreuz f?r Frontk?mpfer 00.00.193_ Goldenes Ehrenzeichen der NSDAP 00.00.194_ Dienstauszeichnung der NSDAP in Silber 00.00.194_ Dienstauszeichnung der NSDAP in Bronze 00.00.193_ Ehrendegen des Reichsf?hrers-SS 00.00.193_ Totenkopfring der SS, 00.00.193_ SS-Zivilabzeichen (Nr. 604) 16.12.1935 Julleuchter der SS; 00.00.1933 Ehrenwinkel f?r alte K?mpfer ca. 1932 Tyr-Rune (presumably)(for graduation from the Reichsf?hrerschule der SA, M?nchen) Now, my question is... Was the serialized number on the back of the golden party badge the NSDAP number? Warm regards Paul Reck
    12. Thank you for posting your awesome collection. If I were to name a favorite KM tunic, I would have to name the Bordjacke as well. If they could only talk... Paul
    13. If one of them would have the highest chance of being real, it would be Robin's choice. Is there a way to get a shot of the back? Should the lifesaving medal be in a higher postion?(between the KVK2 and the East Front medal) Also, would the Spanish Campaign medal be located between the last sevice medal and the Turkish medal? Can I please get a close up of the second ribbon bar from the top as well as the bottom bar? Warm regards Paul
    14. I have been looking for an earlier Red Star like that for a while. Nice find Rick! Same awardee with two variations of the same order!!!
    15. Very nice!! I did not know that these badges had award books!!! Nice score!
    16. I had almost forgotten... Here is a link with my two Memellands Annexation Medal. Mine are in posts 7 and 8. http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=2762 Warm regards Paul
    17. Sure. That will not be a problem. The first pattern Ebadge(along with my other KM badges are on the link listed below) The KM badge was made by a French contract. http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=605&st=20 I will post the memel and the Afrika within the next few days. Warm regards Paul
    18. Hi Ronny, I apologize for the delayed response! I very much enjoy wound badges. Do you know who the maker is for the one on the right? Thank you for posting those great examples? Paul
    19. I saw a better look of that ribbon bar... The insignia is placed on a KVM ribbon. The prongs on are wrapped around the bar. They do not penetrate the fabric or the bar and it could be removed without evidence... unless it was on the bar so long that there are fading/staining patterns present around where the insignia is placed. Warm regards Paul
    20. No problem Gene! Thank you for the only visual aids on this topic! There have to be more Luftwaffe Veterinarian uniforms or insignia out there! If you have them, please post them!!! Paul
