    1. Sorry for the typo in having both letters capitalized. It was unintentional(I dont communicate in code). It should be returned. At the very worst, I hope that they captured the person that stole it. Personal awards are property of the recipient and can be sold or whatever. These city awards belong to the people and no individual has a right to sell it. This is just my opinion.
    2. He qualified for the Reserve CG Good Conduct Medal, time-wise. I wonder if he missed a few drills or something.
    3. I hope that your friend is at peace and with his father now. He seemed like a great friend.
    4. It stinks that someone already researched this one, but did not include it with a past transaction.
    5. Thank you all for great answer on the MiD. That is a wonderful uniform. Despite not collecing this field, I would seriously consider a grouping like this if I came upon it.
    6. Andreas, Thank you for posting these beautiful bars. I am sure that there were not too many NCOs that received the NonCombatant EK2, so it may be possible to narrow down the identity of this man? On the top bar, second medal from the left... is that pendant gold or silver?(Crown Order) Your English is perfect. Thank you.
    7. Yes, the three on the left are very similar to the US pattern, but I nave not seen a US pattern like the one on the right.
    8. Those are some nice WW2 era numbers. You should research those!
    9. The only Wurttenburg Crown Order I have been able to find looks like it is a neck order. How difficult are these to find? Also, the second ribbon, which is most applicable? Wilhelmskreuz(if so, which class) or the Charlottenkreuz
    10. I have not seen any made in this manner. The embroidery quality really stinks. I dont have much hope for this one.
    11. No ruffled feathers here. You have experienced this first hand, so you are more qualified to speak of this than most. I greatly appreciate the insight.
    12. Thanks Rick. I just transferred off of the ship. I am now stationed on land, in the great Republic of Texas. It is great to see you RIck!!! I missed ya.
    13. For example, which long service medals would you place onto this bar? What prices should I expect to pay for each?
    14. Thanks Paul. Other than the two I listed, I do not even know that they look like. I know that there are tons of medals with the same ribbons and also certain variations and etc which would not be accurate on this bar.
    15. Good morning, I want to finally start work on the reconstruction of this bar. Do you all have any sources for these missing pendants? Is that listing on the back of the bar accurate? Some of these items I have no idea what the pendents looking like. How difficult are they going to be to find? I know that the Centenial Medal and EK2 will be pretty easy, but what about the rest? Thank you all for your time and help. Regards Paul
    16. The word "nice" is very very conservative. I am quite envious of this one.
    17. This is awesome. You have some great groupings. Thanks for the update.
    18. I hope that you find out who he is. I bet that he knew some interesting people during the war. What US award are the MIDs equal to? Bronze Star? Silver Star?
    19. Great finds Bob. I like the one in Arabic. The Iraqis seem to be starting to develop their own patterns for insignia again. It is nice to see.
