Yes, nice early Urkunde. I find these FA documents interesting. I have a grouping with the Bewaehrungsabzeichen which I will have to find.

As I stated on the 'other forum', I think this Schnalle is an older Bastelarbeit for display purposes. Certainly interesting. -

Could you show the reverses of these Schnallen? I also have never seen that type of device as seen on the second bar.

I find it quite remarkable when a new 'expert' shows up out of left field with claims to ultimate knowledge on this subject, one which is fraught with so much misinformation. And using Weitze as a source is pretty ridiculous, as this dealer has been exposed as a frequent purveyor of fake and fantasy pieces.

Interesting badge I've never seen before. It is for those involved in caring for troops in need of medical attention, and the engraving gives the area as Wehrkreis III Breslau.

Chuck, I have a couple of these reductions on medal bars, and they look to be of much higher quality than the piece you show. It might be the photos, but I don't like the gilding, looks like paint, and the details look more like a casting than something die struck.

Komtur, Bruck appears to be wearing the Sachsen KVK with an EK2, which some say is against regulations. Very interesting photo.

Awards from Oldenburg have really got the attention of the fakers, in particular this award. They are a minefield, so I will defer to one of our specialists.

I have doubts about the medal in the OP, shows weak details, weird suspension and funny gilding.
