Hello all,
The NSDAP is a transitional peice that dates from mid-Jan 1935 and the end of March 1935, when M1 prefixes were added. A very short window. Marked on the reverse No25 for Rudolf Reiling, Pforzheim - M1/25. Minor crazing to the enamel, but really a nice badge

Hello there,
That's the first time I have seen one. In your opinion does it match up in a lack of quality like all the other Hymenn produced badges?

Hello there,
One thing that I always studied on OK's was not only the maker mark but the catch. If you view these and notice how they are on originals you should be much better off at spotting the fakes.

Hello there,
Very interesting article and thank you for sharing.
Is there a prisoner name list for this camp? Do you know if anyone there was required to pick cotton? The reason I ask is that a friends father (last name of Kukuk) was a POW, and I believe sent to Texas to work a cotton-field.

Hello there,
Well then the fame would be identical so you can check to see if it is authentic that way. Non-ferrous EK cores are common and were awarded to all branches of service within the Wehrmacht.

Hello there,
I don't see anything wrong with this one in terms of construction/manufacture. I would guess that this one would be sell for about $50.00 - $60.00 as it is slightly more uncommon than the Heer and Luftwaffe examples that are often seen.
Hope this helps.
