    Hello! I would be grateful if someone could help me with the exact identification. These are supposed to be personal pieces from Grand Duke Mikhail, once as the Tsar's naval adjutant and the other from the imperial guard?? Thank you very much and greetings

    Hi, the silver shoulder boards belong to the Fliegel Adjutant of the Emperor's Suite, Colonel of Chevalier Guard regiment. The gold - to the Fliegel Adjutant of the Emperor's Suite, Captain of the 1st Rank

    These are infantry life-guard type of epaulettes, rank - captain of the life guard. Also were used by Military schools officers and some others

    Hi! I thought the shoulder boards of Chevalier guard was more light grey.

    By the way, what is the market situation there for shoulder boards?

    The buttons can give more clue about the unit Otherwise we can make only guess

    Such boards were used by the Bulgarian  Army during the Period of Prince Alexander Batenberg Made in Russia (see the listing above from 7th of July 2023) with Bulgarian insignia
