It is of Stabsingenieur d.R (Lw) Dr.-Ing. Alwin Hinzpeter. One of the photos shows him with the Stabsingenieur a.K. tabs and boards. He was awarded the Ritterkreuz des Kriegsverdienstkreuz mS on 15.06.1944. I have not posted it yet.Bill
