Stogieman Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 I agree with Bob, usually you see this with the lapel stud for a back! Nice find Joe! 1

CRBeery Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 There were many styles. Here are some "inny" swords and other devices. 1
CRBeery Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 (edited) Same maker as from Rick but a different style. Edited May 28, 2009 by CRBeery 1
Chris Boonzaier Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 How rare are these? They're very beautiful. I must to my shame admit I had never seen any of these before this thread, and I have looked at many tables at many shows. Veeery interesting!
azyeoman Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Over the weekend I looked through many sites and came across one; I scooped it up. These are very nice and I'm going to be on the lookout for them from now on. : )
Guest Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Why were they made? Was this something for post war to wear in civilian clothes or was this a wartime thing?
CRBeery Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 These are hard to find. If you look hard you will find a couple a year. I feel they were for civilian attire. I can't remember seeing one in a photo but it would be hard due to the size. 1
azyeoman Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 Recently found this trio to a vet from Oldenburg in enamel.
azyeoman Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 Here's a couple of photos of the only three enamel ribbon bars I've come across in the last three years; they are scarce indeed.
