Here is type 1 polar star nr 492 with mintmark NO

T1 Order of the Polar Star.

It has an unusual booklet, seems not listed in Khuujii Urnukh's book.

The booklet has more than 20 pages, quite thick one.

It is under translation. Hopefully I can know when the order was issued.
