    1. Aparrently the SG14 bayonets were probably meant for export, but were taken into the army in 1914 due to shortages...
    2. Here is one to the 106th Infantry Regiment, Dresden Maker, the buckle has come off and needs to be resewn....
    3. When he was released, he seems to have been OK for office work....
    4. a bullet through the Ribs, Kidneys and spine.... lay 2 days in the field until he goto to hospital.... lots of hospital time....
    5. This is an interesting group... it seems he was awarded the EK2... probably in error... as you can see, the dates refer not to when the document was signed, but the actual award.... I have no idea why this award to a Hessen man was done by the Württemberger...

    18. Hi, I went for it, I was looking for a set like this for ages... I am assuming he was transfered... the 8? bullion Regt numbers were removed and metal "2"s added. I am assuming a wartime transfer, The Regt that were originally on the collars are the same as on the back of most of its buttons.
    19. Just picked up this small group of a man who was attatched to the Sturmkomp. of the 77th Reserve Division... A nice find :-), especially the unit designation on the EK doc...
