Not an expert and I'm sure if I'm wrong Rick will jump in and correct me but I have to say fake just from the back of the crown.

There were lots of people near thr front supporting the war effort from beuacrats, cart drivers, ammo handlers, railroad personel etc...

The mm looks to be added after the fact. Note the lack of finish in it. The gap between the swaz and the wreath as well as between the turret and the wreath are very pronounced. I don't get a warm and fuzzy from this one.
