I'd second Stogie's remark. Any bar with a Schwarzburg-Rodelstadt ribbon is an unusual and scarce piece.

I like the striations on the back. I learned that from Gordon and it's his opinion I would value here. The catch looks to be repaired or replaced...that may or may not be a concern. -
