      Yes, the mission records should be at College Park. A good professional researcher at College Park is Mike Constandy of Westmoreland Research. You can google the company name or I think that he ia member here.

      I think I have him. From my list it is Olt Meass of IR 26. My list has him with KO4, BMV4X and MMV2. IR 26 was in Anhalt so the AK makes sense.

      Nice one. It is hard to tell if the blue ribbon is for the long service cross or crown order.

      Dave, I have been a little tired lately. You are right. The Kamecke is a perfect match for the bar. Schubert would have had 2 more awards. Thanks for sorting this out. Now I need to trace down a pic of Kamecke.

      Kamecke would have had the DA on the bar. So I have to disagree that it is him. That leaves only Schubert as the one to this bar.

      It could be his wartime bar. There is not Hindenburg on it. he would have received the long service after the war.
