    1. Hi New discovery about Ernst Freiherr von Althaus. We have never found the exact date of his HOH3X award. In Dresdner Nachrichten, on the date of May, the 11th 1916, it is said that he aldready had the EK1 and had new award : the HOH3X. Like his 6th victory is on May, the 3rd 1916. He received it as an immediate award probably on 8 or 9 May. I think it is the same about his EK1, His 5th victory is on 30 April 1916, he should received it 1st May as an immediate award Christophe
    2. Hi I have found only 2 saxon officier who received SA3aXKr and KVK (which can match with this medal bar). But in my list I have no idea if those officers received the Colonial medal. It's the first time I see such claps on the colonial medal. Why there is no Prussian colonial medal like RAO4X or KO4X ? Christophe

    4. Hi, Welcome on board. It seems to be logic that the colour of the buckle change with regulation. You can use a leather binde with painted buckle, and it will be easier to wear on your uniform. Christophe

    16. Hi, Nice project. Definitively, the third ribbon is for Albrecht Orden (probably 1st class). About the other medal, I agree with PKO4 and WF3b. It is not possible to see TR medal here like there is no Hindenburg cross. Christophe
