Looks like it could be in the Medeterranian. It's a tropical Bf 109 E or F, with a white campaigne band around the fuselage. Could be north Africa or the south of Italy. Then they would probably belong to the 9th airforce. Correct me if I am wrong. Snoopy
I have just bought this badge/medal, because it was very cheap, and I really like it because of the enamelling. Does anyone know what it is for? All the best Snoopy
It's actually a beute showel. I am fairly certain the german's have changed the wooden handle. Now the old showel has found it's place in my collection. I hope that you like it. Snoopy
Hi In the late 1980's, my grandfather gave me this old showel. He knew that I liked collecting old stuff. He had used the showel for mixing cement, when he built he's house in 1946. Well, a showel covered in old cement. I put it in the cellar, and forgot about it. A couple of month's ago i rediscovered it, and allmost senth it to the rubbish tip. Then I decided to take a closer look at it.
I would like to show you all, a tool for dismantling the 8 cm. granaten werfer. It consists of two parts. The tool and an extension piece for the handle. I hope you like it. All the best Snoopy
Thank you very much, every one. I made a skeleton, to get the basic shape, and covered it with styrene plastic sheet's. I made all detail parts, from either metal or bits of plastic. I decided early on that all parts had to be hand made. That's the fun of scratch building. Hmmm, where did I put the plans for that german WWI naval airship, or maybe the Waco Hadrian assault glider? All the best Snoopy
