    1. Luftwaffe were not "issued" the matte corded shoulder boards. They have been seen on original tunics, but they are the exception.
    2. Yes... all second classes. It is nice to see these as new and shiney!

Thank you for sharing this rare and beautiful display.
    4. So they are not that rare then? I have not seen too many around.
    5. That is what I thought. I just wanted to be sure. Thank you! It is a beauty
    6. So he got the EK2 and EK1 as a member of a flak unit. I am surprised that he did not get anything for seven arial victories, as a pilot.
    7. Any ideas on the number awarded? I have one of these too. It was a difficult one to find. Yours is a beauty.
    8. Did such award revokations hold up even after the war? Would Mr Wildner still be able to claim himself to be a RKT, and wear the 1957 award?
    9. It is a beauty. I have not see too many of these. Are these for civilian mariners or military?
    10. Regardless, a very interesting item from a relatively unknown event.
    11. Is that Knights Cross recipient named? Was his award revoked(did they do such things) for the deed?
    12. Very nice grouping. How many of the GSMs were awarded. Was it a long service award?
    13. Bau Regiment 251? Try googling that, with RAD. I do not know if there are any records for those men... anybody?
    14. 500 dollars? WOW! That is expensive. I thought it would be a while before we saw prices like that for Iraqi medals. How many of these were awarded?
    15. That is a shame. They should have a different ribbon design at some point.
    16. Can you please post some photos of what you have? We can start from there.
    17. I have never seen an issued/awarded Civil War Campaign medal. Are there any stats to show the number of these awarded? There could not have been too many, since the war was over 110 years before it was created.
    18. Yours are the only ones I have ever seen!
