    1. Good Morning... Seeing how I have a few hours, I would like to take the opportunity to share with you my East German items. I will start with the uniforms... I have them grouped per organization. If there are any questions or comments, please do post away! Kind regards Paul Reck Border Guard, enlisted
    2. The Tri Sheild is present due to wear of paint that covered it...
    3. Please notice that the underlying eagle appears a lot more golden in color than in the pic... I think that the flash greatly distorted the color.
    4. Hi! Attached are pics of my triple decal Heer/Kreigsmarine helmet... Any info or comments are welcome!! Also, if there are any simular helmets out there... please post them as well! How common are these and how desireable are they? Best regards Paul I am sorry that they are so blurry... I have not mastered the art of balancing the flash while being close enough to get the details
    5. Hi Ed... Is there anyway to "copy protect" your information? I know the "Collector's Guild", www.germanmilitaria.com , has found a way to prevent the copy of itmes from their website. Best regards Paul BTW, I saw some of the medals on your website. Great job!
    6. I love those textured helmets.. I do not have one myself yet. Yours has a lot of charactor! Thanks for sharing. Do you have any other helmets to show? Best regards Paul

    8. Thanks Rick... Maybe with your help, I will have even more awesome bars! Best regards Paul
    9. They go for that much now I remember paying 35 dollars for both at a guns show about 12 years ago!!!
    10. Very nice bars everyone! Frank, That is the first LW Medal bar I have seen with the African Service Medal! I am still without a LW medal bar... One day... Paul
    11. Rommel... that would be something if it was... How is the shield attached? Are there prongs that go through the fiber shell? If so, can you post a photo of this(if it is even possible with the liner present). Best regards Paul
    12. That is a beautiful Bar! I generally perfer to collect mixed WW1/WW2 ribbon bars. I love the many variations these combination bars offer. Best regards Paul
    13. Jos, That is an awesome set up! I have never seen manniquins set up with such a complete set of equipment! It is like looking at a museum. Best regards Paul
    14. Hi Eduardo, That is a very focused collection of a relatively obsure branch. That is the only KM Coastal Arty Admiral's Tunic I have ever seen in a collection! You do have some great stuff! Best regards Paul Reck
    15. That is the best collection of LW Badges I have ever seen! I have never seen so many cased awards!! Paul
    16. Hey Chief, I have never seen these bars before! Nice find. Do you have them all or are there different ones out there? Best regards Paul
    17. I feel that the best all around Assualt Rifle is the M16 for it's accuracy, lack of recoil, the three round bust(for controlled bursts of auto), and weight. We in the Coast Guard are getting away from the Beretta as well. We are moving toward the Sig .40(I thought that all of the branches were going to that as well) Best regards Paul
    18. I have never seen anything like it. It looks like the emblems from one of those tropical pith helmets. I thought that the parade helmets used the standard Decals and the only real difference is that the helmet itself was made of a lighter material such as aluminum. I am no expert, I am only going off what I have read and seen in the past. Maybe someone with more insight can step in with some clarification. Best regards Paul
    19. I thought about doing that too... But I could not bear to look at them I was able to sell them back to the person I bought them from for most of what I paid. Luckily Best regards Paul
