No He sold them  I missed on the Bulgarian Uniform

Just sharing them, since they are not in his collection any more

Recently the Coat of King Ferdinand of Bulgaria was sol an Auction

As a  Saxo-Coburg  Prince he was given honorary Prussian Generalfeldmarschall  Rank

He rarely appeared with this uniform Only late in his life.

I had the same thoughts. Mark had some really nice generals uniforms and at one time a really nice website about those uniforms.

 

General and a general staff office.  I don’t think Mark collects these day……..

Hi Bayern,

The uniform belongs to a fellow collector i sold to him several pairs of epaulettes, as part of  trimming my collection, including the Oberstartz ones.

Are you referring to the cap worn by Ferdinand? Yes, that his 3rd Reich parade dress uniform. The first photo was in Bulgarian uniform. I wish I had his ribbon bar
