TerryG Posted September 1, 2007 Share Posted September 1, 2007 According to Foreign Legions of the 3rd Reich, this was "instituted on 1st April 1942 and awarded to all branches of the Romanian forces engaged in the struggle in the east..........it was also liberally bestowed on Romania's allies". For info the book mentions that 14 bars could be awarded for front line service. Anyone seen these before? Any photos of these bars to show?
