Seems to be an Austrian ribbon bar. Like I'm not a TR specialist, can you tell me which rank it is ? The Austrian bar fits perfectly. I even used the KVK2 ribbon for the buttonhole for the photo(it came originally with the bar). Most officials, like this Air Traffic Controlman, were older WW1 veterans. The rank title for this tunic is Meister(same grade as a Leutnant).
