    I recently came across this Ordensbandfarbenkarte from Karl Loy of Muchen. It is a great reference. It was made during WWII because the 1939 EK2 ribbon is posted. Below are the cover and first page. I have scanned the entire 6 pages and made a PDF which is 3.21MB. The scan was done at 300dpi. You should be able to download it below.

    This is fantastic :D thank you so much, do you have any more examples? (from maybe 1910 to 1920) of these style of ribbon samples?

    It is post WW2 as modern german ribbons are in there as well.

    This is the only one I have.

    Chris, I did not realise it was post WWII. Since it has moder German ribbons it must be post 1957, correct?

    Hi,

    as I can see it, the latest award on the card is the Bavarian Order of Merit, instituted in June 1957.

    And we can see the early "neutral" colours for decorations without a ribbon, for "Bundeswehr" and "Bundesgrenzschutz", No. 72 (grey) and 102 (green).
