It's been a while since I have been here and I would like to update this thread on my collection. The pilot badge is a Junker Type 3; I believe it is anyway. Also, I have bought a mess hall platter. It is sixteen inches long, a Luftwaffe. I have also recently purchased a sauceboat. Pretty soon, I'll have enough for my own mess hall! ~Butch
I saw one of these at a show this weekend that was marked "Sherwin" It was beautiful, the guy wanted a bunch of money for it too. Then he sold me a Fake Bronze CCC. I got an education this week. However, I'm going to get my money back next week. Beware, He is at the Max in Penn. this week!!!! Butch

Tim, As far as staring at Pilot Badges all day....Great! I can sure think of far worse things to do with the time that is alloted us! The only useage of Swords that I know of in WW2 is a couple of pictures of Japanese cutting off the heads of Marines. Those Photos were gruesome. Butch
