    1. A very Nice Cross! Wish I had one.....Someday... Regards, Joel
    2. Naoki, What an amazing and diversified collection.. Very nice pieces! Regards, Joel
    3. Richard, Thank you for your kind words. Indeed, I like obtaining when I can, mint pieces. My real affinity is for field worn medals with heavy patina and slight soiling to the ribbon. Regards, Joel
    4. Gentleman, Happy to report that I've filled another void within my collection today and can't wait for natural light to take a few more pictures to show off the patina on this one! Until then, here are a coupe of pictures for you. Enjoy, Joel
    5. Gordon, Your collection is beyond words..... The quality of you Crosses is at the very least amazing.. Thank you for all of your research and knowledge in which you have bestowed upon us, the apprentice EK collectors.... Kind Regards, Joel
    6. Steve, I must commend you on another fantastic find. truly a splendid cross!
    7. Micha, I thank you as well for the now telltale differences... It certainly helps in what to look for. Thanks! Regards, Joel
    8. Seeing that picture just made me want to go and hunt for about fifty more to add to my collection. Oh my God, Now I know what Pavlov's Dog went through... LOL!
    9. Brian, A huge help. Thank you for your input and clarifaction. Now I want a couple more.... Joel
    10. Butch, My apologies in not seeing your post sooner. To attempt to answer your question, it is my belief that that Straight and Curved Quillions were used in the field. Joel
    11. Agreed! I would leave it alone as well. The patina and character add to the fact that (presumably) this was a field worn piece which I admire as highly as my mint Crosses. Regards, Joel
    12. Vonbierstein, Be careful, these little Ek's multiply quickly. Kudos to the Forum Members who didn't let him go down the path of making the wrong purchase. Regsards, Joel
    13. Got to love these little award Ceromonies. A small reception captured in the eye of the camera. Beautiful quality photographs. Regards, Joel
    14. I can confirm as well that I haven't seen many from this Maunfacturer for sale as well. The search continues I tell ya... Joel
    15. Greg, It certainly looks to be a very nice cased Cross. Friedlander happens to be one of my favorite Manufacturer's of these little gems. Very nice indeed my friend! Regards, Joel
    16. Graham, Great Pictures! Thank you for supporting your observation of most of the belts being more of a souvenir venture than display of kills....
    17. Nice Badge Jeff! Wish I could have attended the Show....
    18. Gents, Thank you for your additional comments.. When combing the tables it definately was a must have for me. At first glance I thought it may have been an Imperial German Colonial Belt, when I unfurled it I had notice the affixed insignia and was just as excited. The things you find I say. Regards, Joel
