    1. I don't like it either, the combination of awards is suspect, the order of precedence is weird, and the manner of construction is odd, not to mention the reverse.
    2. Hoert sich sehr eindrucksvoll an, und die Geschichte mit den Bayern glaube ich, obwohl die Sachsen eher auch als 'Saupreussen' damals galten.
    3. Nur weil man sowas nicht alle Tage sieht. Wirklich was ganz seltenes. Hast Du das Etui dazu?
    4. Wow, that is a most incredible combination of awards. Just don't show this one to Claudio...
    5. Very nice group. I'm always partial to Bavarian medical groups, and the fireman connection just makes it better.
    6. I have seen many of the so-called Austrian fakes, and this does not look like one of them.
    7. Right, this purports to be an officer's bar, so what is the enlisted decoration doing on the end?
    8. I like this spange very much, and would love to have it in my collection. Congratulations.
    9. This one was discussed extensively over at SDA, and the consensus was that it was either a complete fake, or a manipulated genuine bar. The medals are certainly real, but the combination is highly unlikely, especially the low Rising Sun at the end, which doesn't fit this bar.
    10. I have a medal bar belonging to an Oberleutnant Mueller. All I know is that he was in the Feld-Artillerie, took part in the three unification wars, got the EK2 1870 and died in 1896. If anyone can add any details, I would greatly appreciate it. He was also awarded the RAO4.
    11. I agree with Sascha on the first bar. I had a good, long look at it, because I like weird combinations with foreign awards. Something about this one just didn't look right to me.
    12. This guy must have been one of the most highly decorated junior Saxon officers. And I agree, the bar was a bit of a bargain, considering.
