larsb001 Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Hi Rudi. Need to have a word with these Swedish collectors or dealers again But speaking of small miniature bars you may like this one although not from Hessen. A simple Silver bar with a EK 1813 and a Prussian 1813-14 commemorative medal. It should come from the same family as the Order of Saint Henry & Legion of Honour bar I showed in post #493. Regards, Lars
saxcob Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 Miniatures of the first (West-)German ambassador to Norway (about 1956). Since he had jewish ancestors he had to leave the diplomatic service in 1935 and was reactivated in 1951.

Wild Card Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 Rudi, Your barrette in post #576 is quite spectacular and I find the French Legion d’Honor in combination with the Hannoverian Guelph interesting. Thank you for all of your posts. For you, here are some friends from Hesse - The patriarch.

Eric K. Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 I figured I would start contributing. These are nowhere near the caliber of what's being shown, but I find them interesting.
Eric K. Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) I know these are more stickpins than miniatures and nothing special, but I think they're neat. I LOVE the 1st/2nd class Eagles!! Bad boy! Edited January 25, 2015 by Eric K.
